Terms of Service

By accessing or using scopeey ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

scopeey provides tools to plan, create, and publish content across connected social and marketing channels. We may add, change, or remove features; we will make reasonable efforts to give notice for material changes that affect you.

You must provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, or have verifiable parent or guardian consent where required.

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Upload or distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or overburden the Service.
• Scrape, harvest, or automate access except as our API and documentation allow.
• Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or entity.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant scopeey a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content as needed to run and improve the Service, consistent with your settings and our Privacy Policy.

Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel according to the cancellation flow in your account; access may continue until the end of the paid period.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, scopeey's total liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty euros (€50) if you had no paid subscription — whichever is greater, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms-of-services from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, where our jurisdiction allows.
